Much has changed since Seamec’s inception in 1977. Most Seattle and King County candidates are supportive of our policies and priorities. So, how should Seamec change in these changing times? We are actively seeking interested community members who would like to serve on our board, as well as others interested in sitting on candidate interview evaluation panels, conducting candidate research, or becoming involved in any aspect of our process. No experience is necessary, just have an interest in good government and the outcome of elections and be committed to supporting the advancement of LGBT rights. Currently, there are 8 open positions on our board. Please join us!
